Spent xmas at this hotel and had a great time. The pool was fantastic and the private beach was a real bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect as it was close to local restaurants and shops. Free Wi-Fi was also an added advantage.
The food could have been better, it was often cold. The all-inclusive drinks were sometimes watered down, but not always.

Taste the food in Restaurant Panorama, you only need to walk 1000 feet to reach it. There was free parking. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the beach and Thalasso center. the room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and a fantastic view. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes. the animation team and staff were helpful and friendly, and the aquapark offered an enjoyable experience.
The Wi-Fi service was not available in the hotel.

What a weekend! Spent a few days at this hotel and it was fantastic. Great facilities, with a lovely spa that was very refreshing. the beach was also a joy, with crystal clear waters and soft sand. Incredibly relaxing! the hotel is in a strategic location, close enough to explore the city and yet far enough to be away from all the noise. the hotel also had some interesting leisure options, like renting watercraft and kayaks.
The food was quite mediocre and not very appetizing. Breakfast especially lacked variety and was disappointing.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
